eace & Justice Group

St. John’s Peace and Justice Group was founded out of our commission as Christians to love our neighbor as ourselves. That love inspires us to work toward peace in ourselves, our home, local community, country and the world. It also inspires us to seek justice and fairness for all.

We believe that every human being deserves fair and equal treatment, whether he/she is poor or rich, female or male, homosexual or heterosexual, one race or another, liberal or conservative, Democrat or Republican, a different religion or no religion.

We are currently interested in creating a forum for concerned citizens to advocate for peace and justice in our region, nation and world. As followers of Christ we believe that humanity is a gift of God, and that God desires peace and justice for all people. We invite you, whatever your own beliefs, to join us in our advocacy for peace and justice.
